CAN IT WORK ON MY ROOF?
Most of us have seen PV on buildings but how can you determine where is suitable? Can you fix it to slate? Can it go on a roof with velux windows, can it face South West and still be effective? The answer to these questions is yes, but there are circumstances that don’t favour solar energy, heavy shading from other buildings and large trees for example.
As a useful starting point we have prepared an application form. Provide us with the information and we will give you a close estimate of cost and generation potential (and hence return on investment). Most roofing materials have specifically designed fixing hardware; this is not just a technology for industrial roofs.
